Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the simulateconsumers.com website and services. By using any part of our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

"We", "us", and "simulateconsumers.com" refer to RS58 Technologies Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India. "You" refers to the person or organisation using our service.

2. About the service

simulateconsumers.com is an AI-powered consumer simulation service. It tests how consumers respond to products, prices, positioning and messages before you launch them. The website and the waitlist form are available to everyone. Access to the service is by invitation.

3. Waitlist and access

The information you give in the waitlist form must be accurate. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service. If we give you access, you are responsible for its use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use simulateconsumers.com only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Upload content that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to access systems or data without proper authorisation
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Use the platform to cause harm to any person or organisation
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
• Present simulation outputs as certified forecasts, regulatory findings, or official government assessments
• Upload classified, restricted, or export-controlled documents to the platform

5. Your content

You own the documents and data you share with us. RS58 Technologies does not claim any ownership of your content.

Your content is used only to provide the simulation service you requested. Your documents and simulation data are not used to train models, unless you give separate written consent for that purpose.

6. Confidentiality

The documents you upload and the simulation results generated for you are treated as confidential. Your inputs and results are not shared with other users or third parties, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The simulateconsumers.com platform, its design, source code, algorithms, models, and documentation are the intellectual property of RS58 Technologies Private Limited. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

8. Simulation results

simulateconsumers.com generates simulation results using AI models and publicly available data. These results are forecasts based on modelled consumer behaviour. They are not guarantees of actual outcomes.

Simulation outputs should not serve as the sole basis for any decision. Apply your own judgment and consult relevant domain experts before acting on any output from the platform. Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

9. No warranty

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RS58 Technologies Private Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RS58 Technologies does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The accuracy of simulation outputs depends on the quality of input data and the assumptions built into the models.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RS58 Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you have not paid us anything, our maximum liability is ten thousand Indian rupees (INR 10,000).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RS58 Technologies Private Limited harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) that arises from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To remove your details from the waitlist, write to founders@janniti.com.

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms. Reasonable notice will be given before termination, unless the violation requires immediate action to protect the platform or other users.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and RS58 Technologies Private Limited regarding the service. They replace all prior understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Waiver

A failure by RS58 Technologies to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. People on the waitlist and users of the service will be notified of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
